Patient Education

Each person is born with two kidneys. Your kidneys are located in your back just above your bottom ribs. The kidneys act as a filter for the body with blood entering and leaving through veins and arteries. The kidneys filter out waste from your bloodstream and the waste becomes urine.

Patient care is most effective when it is a team effort.  We believe the patient, their family, and all healthcare providers must work together in order to improve and maintain the patient's health and overall quality of life.
